1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bn222 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the bn222 online gaming and sports betting platform, including all games, services, promotions, and features available at bn222.vip.

By completing the registration process and creating an account, or by placing a bet, making a deposit, or otherwise engaging with any feature of the bn222 platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms in full. Acceptance is effective immediately upon your first interaction with the platform and remains in force for the duration of your registered account.

bn222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to players. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at bn222.vip/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with bn222's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the bn222 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from using the platform under any circumstances.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the platform from any territory or jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of bn222 or any of its affiliated game suppliers, payment processors, or technology partners.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement — whether through bn222's own self-exclusion tool or through any external responsible gaming programme — that prohibits you from gambling online.

bn222 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation from any player at any time. Such documentation may include a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

If bn222 discovers that a player has registered or used the platform while under the age of 18, or while otherwise ineligible, the account will be immediately and permanently closed. Any funds deposited by an underage or ineligible player may be returned to the original payment source after deducting any administrative costs associated with the investigation, and any winnings generated during the ineligible period will be forfeited in full.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of bn222's betting and casino products, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number (for OTP verification). You agree that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and your own.

3.1 Single Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on the bn222 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. bn222 uses advanced device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and payment method tracking to identify duplicate accounts. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended, with associated balances and winnings forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bn222 account login credentials, including your username, password, and OTP codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. bn222 will never ask for your password through live chat, email, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel.

You must notify bn222's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. bn222 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security or from your voluntary disclosure of credentials to a third party.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

bn222 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to verify your identity before making your first withdrawal or at any point during your account's lifetime. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (NID, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered in your name). Withdrawal requests will be held pending until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and approved.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bn222 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bn222 does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the player and the relevant financial institution; bn222 bears no liability for conversion losses.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

Minimum deposit: ৳200. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal amount and daily limits are subject to the player's verification tier and may be reviewed by bn222's payments team at any time.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

bn222 aims to process withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within 15–30 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. All withdrawals are subject to a security review. bn222 reserves the right to apply enhanced review procedures for unusually large withdrawal requests or accounts flagged for suspicious activity.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on the account, or to a method verified in the player's name through the KYC process. bn222 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any attempt to withdraw to an account that does not belong to the registered player will result in the withdrawal being declined and the account being referred for investigation.

4.4 Transaction Fees

bn222 does not charge internal transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) or bank may apply their own standard transaction charges. bn222 is not responsible for any third-party fees applied by payment service providers.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bn222 offers various bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, deposit match promotions, and seasonal incentives to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion announcement.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a player's account carry a standard wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳20,000 in eligible bets to be placed before the bonus balance is released for withdrawal.

5.2 Eligible Games

Not all games on the bn222 platform contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering. Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, Dragon Tiger) typically contribute 10%. Sports bets on cricket, rugby, and other markets typically contribute 100% at minimum odds. Games explicitly listed as excluded in the promotion terms contribute 0%. bn222 reserves the right to update the list of eligible and excluded games at any time.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bn222 monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, placing bets that cover all outcomes to guarantee a profit regardless of wagering requirements, and using betting strategies that exclusively exploit bonus credits. bn222 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void associated winnings, and permanently suspend accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonus credits and free bets carry an expiry period, which will be stated in the relevant promotion. Standard bonus expiry is 7 days from the date of credit unless otherwise specified. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the player's account and cannot be reinstated.

6. Prohibited Conduct

By using the bn222 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of any prohibition listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity documents; impersonating another person.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in live casino, poker, or sports betting contexts to manipulate outcomes or exploit the platform's systems.
• Match fixing: Placing bets on sporting events the outcome of which you have insider knowledge of, or in which you have directly or indirectly participated in any attempt to manipulate the result.
• Money laundering: Using the bn222 platform to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of illegally obtained money.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the bn222 platform in place of genuine human play.
• System exploitation: Identifying and deliberately exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors on the platform. Any winnings arising from a known technical error will be voided.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication directed at bn222 staff or other players through any channel.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

bn222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe
• Suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed against bn222
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months
• Player request via the self-exclusion tool or written request to support

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining balance in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request or due to inactivity, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following a standard security review, less any applicable processing costs.

Voluntary self-exclusion: Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may do so at any time through their account settings. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, and permanent exclusion are available. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected period expires. Players who have self-excluded will not receive promotional communications from bn222 during the exclusion period.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bn222 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from betting or gaming outcomes
• Technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity interruptions beyond our reasonable control
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, banks, etc.)
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials
• Loss of data or account information resulting from events of force majeure

bn222 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. We reserve the right to carry out maintenance, upgrades, or emergency fixes that may temporarily restrict access to some or all platform features. Where technically feasible, advance notice of scheduled maintenance will be given.
